For DHLs partnership with ESL One, they wanted to offer a unique and differentiating experience for attendees, to raise awareness of its services in an engaging way.
My creative team and I concepted a game which originally started off as a real life activity until a bright spark suggested the idea of turning the game into a VR experience. We then worked with immersive content studio, REWIND who then developed DHL Box Stacker Pro. Created as a bespoke application in Unreal Engine 4 for the HTC Vive and Vive Pro, the team designed a fun, fast-paced experience for DHL to showcase to thousands of ESL One attendees.
The game has gone on to become a cult hit and still being played at events around the world.
